As women , wives and mothers we always are taking care of our kids spouse or family members in general and we forget to take care of ourselves. As I sit here at Florida Cancer Specialists in Palm Beach Gardens and observe other patients sitting next to me with worse health issues like cancer and not to say my health is perfect mine is more a iron deficiency that I’m trying to fix. I’m thankful for a lot in my life, I’m blessed and I am humbled because not every person in this clinic can fix their health issues some people are treating their diagnosis to be given more time to live while on this earth. So i thank the lord for everything I have which is a life I get to wake up to and strive to get better with health and family I can spend time with and not take it for granted. Here’s my point selfcare and your health is important , take care of you first because there’s no guarantee for tomorrow. Your family will understand that without your health being good you can’t help others if you’re not in good shape.
