I was just realizing how badly some of you ladies must be wanting to color your hair. If you are blonde please don’t try a home color kit. You spent a fortune to get that hair and it takes but a minute the wreck it. But...... there is a fun fix you can do at home. We offered this as a service at the Wellness Center I used to own in Santa Cruz.

To brighten blonde, grey, or any lighter toned color at home you can make this easy color enhancement conditioner:

1 lemon
1 chamomile tea bag
1/4 cup honey

Step tea bag in 1/2 cup water and cover. Let it sit overnight. In a small bowl combine honey, lemon juice, and about 1/2 of the tea and mix well. If it seems too thick to easily spread add more tea. Wash your hair and towel dry really well. Apply the conditioner over your hair making sure to cover the entire scalp and hair. Cover with a shower cap and generate some heat . Jumping Jacks work great! Or just go sit in the warm sun if you got it. Wait a minimum of 30 minutes and rinse. Enjoy!
