5 things your skin actually needs in spring. 🌿

As the seasons shift, so does your skin — and what worked all winter may not be serving you anymore.

Here’s what to reassess:

1. Your SPF. If you’re not wearing it daily, spring is the time to start. UV exposure doesn’t wait for summer.

2. Your hydration routine. Heated indoor air dries skin out all winter. It’s also warmer and may not be as easy to remember to drink water.

3. Your exfoliation frequency. Over-exfoliated skin in winter is common. Rebalance gently before adding anything new.

4. Your treatment timing. Spring is ideal for resurfacing and collagen-stimulating treatments before peak sun season.

5. A fresh assessment. Skin changes. What your face needs now may be different from six months ago.
