So many people try to ascend up and out of the body to connect with the spiritual nature of life.
But this keeps people chasing something outside themselves, not bringing these mystical experiences into their lives daily lives.
In order to alchemize knowledge into wisdom, we have to have a strong container of the body.

I’m so sorry if you’ve experienced this. Trust your body.
Even if nothing is showing up on tests, or medications are giving you symptoms “they shouldn’t be,” you have authority and autonomy to find a new practitioner or someone who doesn’t dismiss your lived experience.
The western medical model doesn’t have language or resource for emotional, energetic, spiritual, or nervous system layers that can be contributing to your overall experience.
I work with somatic, energetic, and spiritual layers held in the body that often cause symptoms that doctors don’t know what to do with. You’re not broken, you just haven’t found the right person to support you yet.
