Sharing the Fire Cider batch made this morning 🔥...
This is a blend made for many many years to prepare for the cold months ahead. The time when you walk around & can hear the wheezing, coughing, sniffling, etc. ❌
Everyone has a different recipe, everyone's jar tells a different story. I will share what I add in my jar of wellness. Feel free to comment with yours 🌞
• ginger root
• onions & wild field onions
• garlic cloves
• jalapeno peppers
• star anise
• rosemary
• thyme
• apple cider vinegar
• lemon ( peel included )

I added these items to the jar 🫙 topped with apple cider vinegar (all the way to the top so everything nestles underneath) , added a few shakes and stored in a dark cabinet. I'll pull her out every day or so to open, smell and lightly shake...maybe hum her a tune ✨ Then, when the Winter is here, she will be ready for small sips during any unpleasant dis-eases.

There are 2 unbelievable things happening tomorrow:

1. Tomorrow is August 1. Where has summer gone?!
2. The Smithfield Farmers Market is going to be indoors tomorrow at the Smithfield Center from 9am to 12pm!

Come out tomorrow and enjoy the AC as you shop your favorite vendors! Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed inside the Smithfield Center.
