Being a hairstylist doesn’t always mean working behind a salon chair.

I’ve been doing hair since 1983, and over the past 43 years, I’ve learned that sometimes my job takes me far beyond the salon. Early in my career, I worked in a retirement center where I learned a lot about working with the Elderly.

Throughout my career, there were situations were not every person was able to come to me. Sometimes, I had to bring the salon to them.

Bringing the Salon to you could look like surrounding the kitchen sink , hospital rooms, rehabilitation centers, and even in the bed. It’s not always easy, but where there’s a will, there’s a way. Most women will go to any links to have their hair done.

Hair is so much more than a haircut. It can help someone feel like themselves again. It can restore confidence, preserve dignity, and brighten a difficult day.

I feel truly honored that so many clients have trusted me—not only with their hair, but with some of life’s most challenging moments. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey. It has been one of the greatest blessings of my career.
