Well I’m not really even sure where to begin. First and foremost is the shops are great and nothing is changing there. Those will continue on like your regular scheduled program. Now here’s where things get interesting. I personally will be out for a few months because I have to have L4-L5-S1 360-degree spinal fusion and even when I do come back it will only be one maybe two days a week and just here and there.

I unfortunately do not have a set date yet because due to the complexity of this surgery it has to be done with two surgeons. So they are working on lining up a date but it is looking like the 2nd week in September.
