Kathy is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching since 2006. She’s taught at Half Moon Yoga Barn and Millbrook Yoga in Millbrook, owned Valley Yoga in Pleasant Valley, and now teaches private sessions throughout the Hudson Valley.

Her calming energy, wisdom, and passion for yoga create the perfect space to slow down, reconnect, and pour back into yourself. 🌿
