I’m a massage therapist, avid yogi, lover of all things nature, and here to guide you towards the healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
I believe in the power of connecting the body and the mind. Healthy bodies and healthy minds go hand in hand. Every ache and pain is different but the most effective approach to wellness is to treat the system as a whole. I pride myself in taking the time to get to know each of my clients as best as possible. Knowing who you are, your relationship to your body, helps me understand what’s going on inside.

I had set a balance goal earlier this year to focus on distributing more weight onto the medial edge of my feet. In preparation for a hiking trip, I turned my sneakies over to inspect the tread. LOL YA THINK??
Take a look at the bottom of your shoes. Where are you imbalanced?

I forget sometimes to mention the details of my background and education. After 14 years in practice, I've collected a plethora of certifications in modalities and techniques that I incorporate into my sessions. In addition to two decades of yoga and a stint in Japanese jujitsu and karate, I've learned a thing or two about movement! 👩🏫 (Plus a lil sneak peak at my next adventure...)
Shoot me a DM if you have questions about any of these styles and how they might help you ✨
