I recently purchased this blush that was on sale for $3 from wet n wild beauty and I am truly amazed at the quality. It is like a mousse formula that dries down matte but I was also able to layer it on top of my powder 😮 and I have never experienced that with a blush.

I cannot wait to try other shades.
