Booking & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable booking retainer is required at the time of scheduling. This retainer will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the booking retainer.

This policy allows me to protect my time, accommodate clients on the waitlist, and continue providing the personalized, luxury experience each guest deserves.
