After five beautiful years with Salon Sublime, Alli is stepping into her sweetest role yet , being a momma.
After Christmas, sheāll be staying home with her growing family and will not be returning to the salon.
While we are going to miss her more than we can say, we are SO proud of her and so excited for this next chapter.
For the last five years, Alli has been such a special part of our team, our salon, and the lives of so many of our guests. We feel incredibly blessed that we got to be a part of her story for so long.
We love you, Alli. Weāre cheering you on as you trade salon days for baby days. š¤

Stylists, what if choosing stability didnāt mean choosing a ceiling on your income?
Letās talk about the way we pay.
For a long time, we knew what we wanted to provide: stability, benefits, support and room to grow. But weāll also own that our pay structure didnāt always reflect growth as clearly or fairly as it should have.
So we changed it.
Our stylists are still hourly employees, because that structure allows us to provide the support and benefits we believe matter.
But now, hourly pay is revenue based.
As your revenue grows, your hourly rate grows with it.
Because you shouldnāt have to choose between stability and earning potential.
You can grow your clientele.
Grow your revenue.
Grow your income.
And have a team and systems behind you while you do it.
We learned. We adjusted. And we built something better.
Because the way youāre supported should grow with the career youāre building.
