My books are NOW opened for 2027. My plan is to come back from Maternity leave full swing in January!!
Lincoln starts preschool this fall, and I will no longer be doing evenings on Thursdays, or Fridays. And I will still be off on Mondays! I will be taking my first client at 8:00am now instead of 9:00 since I will be in town for Lincoln’s drop off!
I would LOVE it if you all messaged me now so I can get you all booked for as long as you want for 2027, so I can enjoy maternity leave as much as possible☺️🤍 also- be patient with me as I respond to all of the messages coming in, especially with it being Friday, and my brothers fundraiser is tomorrow!! First two weeks are done since my brother’s passing.
You all have been so kind during this process of me returning to work after such a great loss. You all have been incredibly respectful. I have received so many beautiful and thoughtful gifts and cards from several of you, and it will mean more than you will ever know. THANK YOU. To everyone for being so patient with me, and respectful. I truly am blessed with the best clientele, and I feel very grateful everyday for each and every one of you.

Oh how I’m going to miss him coming into my salon and hanging out with us for a while. He would always keep everyone entertained while he was there. He loved to say the most out of pocket things, show clients his SpongeBob tattoo, and do his trump impersonation. Losing my brother has been the most difficult, devastating, and painful thing I have ever experienced in my entire life. I just keep praying that I’m going to wake up, and it all would have been a horrible nightmare. I will never be able to wrap my head around the fact that he is gone. I am just extremely angry and sad.
I am taking off the rest of this week, and will be doing my cousin Molly’s wedding this Saturday. I will return back Tuesday.
I apologize in advance if I don’t have much to say, or I need a second to pull myself together. I can’t seem to stop crying and thinking about my brother and all my family has been through these past couple of weeks. I am anxious to come back to reality, because I do not feel like myself at all. I just ask you all to please be patient with me while I come back and try to navigate this new version of myself. I love you all, and I could never express how thankful I am that you all have been so understanding during this time. I will see you all soon.

June 1st, 2026 @ 7:02pm my brother passed away.
He was only 22 years old. I sat there and watched him take his last breath, and watched the life fade away. It is something I will never be able to forget. And the grief and pain is something indescribable. The visitation and funeral will be this Sunday/Monday. And I plan to return to the salon sometime that week. I wanted to reach out to all of my clients and thank you for the bottom of my heart for all the kind words while we’ve been dealing with this horrific heartache. And especially thank you to everyone that I had to cancel on. Thank you for being so understanding. I couldn’t ask for a better group of clients. You guys have made it so much easier being able to leave my work and focus on my family the past two weeks. I also want to thank you all for the future to come. I may not be my happy self for awhile. I may not want to talk the whole appt like I always do. It may take me awhile to navigate this grief and pain. And I know you all will allow me to grieve as I need while also trying to proceed with life and my career. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for everything you all have done for me during this time. May we all remember to . Full of life and love. Until I see you again buddy. I love you always.

Our family is going through something unimaginable. My brother was in an accident and is fighting for his life. We’re currently in Springfield, where he is fighting while we’re grieving and trying to figure out how to go about this whole thing. My family and I have never felt pain like this in our life. I will be gone from the salon. And I don’t know when I will be back. If anyone needs anything at all, please reach out to the girls at the salon and talk to them. I will make a post when I return.
