Every salon has someone behind the scenes who keeps everything running. For us, that’s Michael.

Officially, he’s Kiki’s husband. Unofficially, he’s a full-fledged member of the Menagerie team: head of IT, fixer of all things, and the first call when something breaks, blinks, leaks, or refuses to connect. From troubleshooting tech to handling the repairs nobody else knows how to do, he takes care of the details so we can take care of our guests.

He’s never asked for a title or a thank you, which is exactly why he deserves both today.

Happy birthday, Michael. Thank you for everything you do for this team and for Kiki. We hope your day is as easy as you make ours. 🎂

Happy birthday, Meg!! Behind the chair, she brings talent and dedication to every guest, and outside the salon, she’s chasing after (and cherishing every moment with) her two boys + husband 🤍

Family means everything to Meg, and that same warmth and care shows up in how she takes care of her guests and her team every single day.

Wishing you the happiest of birthdays, Meg - we love you! 🥳💛

Happiest of birthdays to our very own, Pj Hayes. Thank you for the creativity, dedication, and good energy you bring to Menagerie every day. Here’s to another amazing year ahead 🥂

Our favorite type of guest is exactly who you are. Our guests always apologize for coming in in their gym clothes, with dirty hair, or bringing their lunch because they didn’t have time before their appointment - we could not care less, and we just want you to feel welcome exactly as you are! Be you, messy bun and all 💛
