But I’m REALLY excited about the possibility of what’s next for us and I wanted to share a little.

Sharing this with you has been on my mind for a while now. And I finally made the video.

I think it’s important to check in every once in a while, cause time flies! Before you know it, 5.. 10+ years go by. You look back at what you’re life has been like, I think a lot of people just go through the motions and aren’t actually enjoying the life they have.

We have this one life, in this body, in this time and space.. i think it’s important for us to constantly learn, grow, challenge ourselves, play, be curious, and explore! It’s okay for us to not like the same things we did in our past, or even the same people! And every once in a while you should take inventory, let go of what isn’t aligned with your life anymore, and take the steps to go in the direction of where you want to be..

Obviously everything wouldn’t stay the same - every thing is constantly changing and nothing is permanent - that’s not the point of this question. The point is to consider how quickly time goes by, and if you reflect on your life thus far, are you happy/proud of it? Truly. not what you think other people might think, but if you’re honest with yourself.. and if not what can you change so next time you do look back maybe your answer is different.
