I’m looking for 7 people to receive a complimentary 60-minute Somatic / Nervous System Regulation Massage at Taking You Beyond Better.

I’m specifically looking for individuals who feel they may experience nervous system dysregulation related to physical or emotional trauma—whether that trauma happened recently or many years ago.

This may look like:

• Difficulty fully relaxing or feeling like you’re always “on”
• Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, restless, or hyper-alert
• Holding chronic tension in your body
• Feeling disconnected from your body or emotions
• Difficulty feeling safe enough to truly let go
• A history of physical injury, medical trauma, emotional trauma, prolonged stress, or other experiences that still seem to live in the body

You do NOT need to have a diagnosis, and you will never be asked to publicly share the details of your trauma.

In exchange for your complimentary session, I’m asking each volunteer to allow me to record a short video after the massage talking about your experience—how you felt before, what you noticed during the session, and how your body/nervous system feels afterward.

The video would be used to help me educate others about somatic massage and nervous system regulation and may be shared on my website and/or social media.

This is not about giving the “right” answer or saying the session was amazing. I want your genuine experience and observations.
