HRT is officially back in the first-line conversation. 👀

On October 15, ACOG released updated clinical guidance for menopause—and it’s a pretty significant shift.

For women experiencing vasomotor symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats, menopausal hormone therapy is now recommended as a first-line treatment for appropriate candidates, rather than automatically reaching for non-hormonal medications first.

And perhaps just as importantly: ACOG emphasizes that the decision should be individualized

For many healthy women who are under 60 or within 10 years of menopause onset, the benefit-risk profile of hormone therapy is generally most favorable.

Translation:
✨ We don’t need to fear hormones.
✨ We also don’t need to prescribe them blindly.
✨ We need to know who is a good candidate, choose the appropriate therapy, and monitor thoughtfully.

The goal isn’t simply to “replace hormones.” It’s to treat the whole patient and make an individualized plan.

If you’ve been told for years that you just have to suffer through hot flashes, poor sleep, brain fog, or other menopause symptoms… it may be time to have a different conversation.

Subtle structure. Big difference. ✨
Jawline filler helped create a cleaner, more defined profile by improving support through the lower face and softening the appearance of heaviness under the chin. Still her — just more sculpted and balanced.

What I notice in the after:

* Sharper jawline definition
* Better separation between the jaw and neck
* Improved chin/jaw support
* More balanced side profile
* A slimmer, more contoured lower face appearance
