Cancellation policy

We want to ensure that everyone has the best experience at Mustvebeenjayy, which is why we’ve updated our cancellation policy. Now, if you miss an appointment without notice, there will be a 50% fee for no-shows, and we ask that you cancel at least 2 hours in advance if plans change. Additionally, we will only be taking appointment requests if there’s a card on file, so please make sure to secure your spot ahead of time. Your understanding helps us respect everyone's time!

If you're looking for a skin fade, please remember that this style requires additional time to achieve that perfect look, so be sure to book accordingly. We're excited to announce that Mustvebeenjayy will be on NC State Campus on October 8th and 22nd! If you book an appointment on these dates, you'll receive a text confirmation to ensure you're comfortable with the location.
