Gin then went into massage therapy and has continued to expand her professional education and practice to include yoga, health and wellness coaching, and leadership coaching. Gin has a personal testimony to her methods, as she developed Hashimoto's as a single mother suffering through adrenal fatigue. Although she had the professional knowledge of the Ayurvedic lifestyle, she was not fully practicing in her own life at the time. When she became ill, she was given the opportunity to implement her practice and self-heal from the inside out. Through a process of deep detoxification and deep emotional healing, she was able to use a combination of modalities to cure her Hashimoto's. Her own personal experience even further fueled her passion for teaching others how to self-heal and be their own physician. Gin is the proud mother of three beautiful children, and married to a husband who shares in her passion for healthy lifestyle. She lives in Cary and enjoys serving at her local church and giving back. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, getting outdoors, and crafting with her daughter. Pure Life offers both proactive and healing modalities to serve each individual. Gin now offers health coaching programs (virtual=convenient!) that truly educate and empower the individual to be their best health advocate.
