Growing up in New Jersey and playing sports through high school, she experienced her share of injuries and ailments — and discovered that regular massage was the thing that actually made a difference. That personal transformation brought her to North Carolina to pursue massage therapy as her calling. Her approach is intentionally versatile. With a background spanning spa environments, sports recovery, cranial sacral work, TMJ, and assisted stretching, Makaila tailors every session to the individual — no bias toward any one need, no one-size-fits-all formula. Whether you're an athlete, managing chronic discomfort, or simply overdue for genuine rest, she meets you exactly where you are. She doesn't just treat the pain — she creates an environment where the body becomes willing to let it go. Outside the studio, Starlena is a beginner gardener learning to nurture new growth, and a devoted reader of complex dystopian fiction. Casey discovered the transformative power of massage after a single session changed everything — easing chronic shoulder pain and lifting a weight from her mental health. Grounded in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Thai Massage, Casey brings a holistic, intuitive approach to every session. Mr. Tong brings the authentic spirit of Thai wellness to every session — shaped by over 12 years growing up in Thailand, where massage was simply a way of life. His signature approach blends Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy with a deeply relaxing touch, striking that sought-after balance between therapeutic pressure and restorative calm.
