Our products are handmade. You will experience batch variations even though we stick to our recipes diligently.
Our premium food-grade soap ingredients are safe for the environment, so there is no guilt needed about what goes down your drain.
A full list of ingredients for all products can be found on our website. All products are phthalate- and paraben-free.
Our baby sprays are made with organic ingredients.
We produce little to no waste through small batch processing.
We source goods locally when possible.
We will replace or allow returns of unopened/unused products.
We cannot change or alter our Bugs at Bay™️ formulary, as this product has an NC Department of Agriculture certification number.
Because we cold-process our soap, our turnaround time for large orders may be longer than that of other businesses. Please give us a 4-6 week lead time for all large orders.

PLACE
We are a limited liability company located in Wake Forest, NC.
We ship twice weekly. We ship more frequently around the holidays.
We allow pick-ups on site at our residence and at the Durham Farmers Market.

FINANCES
We prefer on-site market sales and operate web sales through our online website and Amazon for our baby and bug sprays.
When you purchase from us at The Durham Farmer’s Market, you’ll save 20% off website pricing. For this reason, we don’t combine deals.
Our data systems are secured through Shopify. We do not store credit card data.
We hire locally, pay living wages to our employees, and profit share.
We price our products to reflect 2.5-4 times the cost of making. We can occasionally offer discounts on some products.
We can offer wholesale discounts on most products. We offer white labeling but do not produce in-house label designs.
We are actively breaking up with Amazon, and are actively seeking local wholesale vendors to help offset this transition financially. We are enthusiastic about investing more time and resources into our local small business ecosystem!
