Today's class was a HIT! "This is the best class I've ever had" and "This was so much fun!" were two of our greatest compliments.

Benefits of knowing CPR:
~Protects loved ones: Most cardiac arrests happen at home. Training keeps your family safe.
~Improves workplace safety: On-site trained staff reduce response times during job-site emergencies and meet industry compliance standards.
~Empowers others: Widespread community knowledge ensures someone nearby can respond anywhere—from schools to public parks. .org

It's been a while since my last workshop, but Spilling the T.E.A. ☕️ 🤏🏾on wellness with the women of Springfield Baptist Church was a great time!
To Lady T (Tiffany Byrd Sturdivant), thank you for your hospitality and kindness. I was blessed beyond words.
