The last month has been incredibly hard.
I’ve been splitting my time between the hospital with my mom and my treatment room (thankfully they’re only about 10 minutes apart), so I’m still here for my clients.
I’ve had an unusual number of cancellations this week, so if you’ve been thinking about booking, I’d truly appreciate your support. I have availability Thursday and Friday, and I’d love to see you.
Thank you to everyone who’s been praying for my mom and supporting my small business. It means more than you know. ❤️

I know this is something many of us can relate to. We’ve either been the patient ourselves or have spent days, weeks, or even months beside someone we love in a hospital.
This isn’t my first rodeo, but that doesn’t make it any easier. The days are long, the sleepless nights are even longer, and that’s just from sitting bedside while trying to navigate conversations with doctors, nurses, and therapists. Right now, there are still more questions than answers. The diagnosis and treatment plan continue to evolve, but our focus remains the same: helping my Mom survive and recover.
Interestingly, “survival” has become my goal for my business, too. For now, I’ll be grateful to simply keep my doors open until life settles down enough for me to get back to growing the business I love.
If you’ve taken the time to read these updates and check in on us, thank you. Your prayers, encouragement, appointments, and continued support mean more than you know 💜

Life has looked a little different lately as my family navigates my mom’s hospitalization. Thank you to everyone who’s reached out, prayed, and checked in. 💜
I wanted to share a few important updates about appointments this week. If you have a moment, please swipe through.
Thank you for supporting my small business—not just during the easy seasons, but during the hard ones too. I’ll never take that for granted.
This might be controversial, but after sunscreen, regular exfoliation is one of the best things you can do for your skin.
And yes… ALL skin types need exfoliation. Dry skin, oily skin, acne-prone skin, mature skin, sensitive skin (with the right exfoliant)—all of them.
I see so many people chasing every new skincare trend, layering on snail mucin, serums, masks, and miracle products while dead skin cells are just sitting there blocking those products from doing their job.
Want smoother skin, brighter skin, fewer ingrown hairs, less body acne, and products that actually perform better? Exfoliate. Your face AND your body. Regularly.
Sometimes the basics are more powerful than the trends.
