The T incision, sometimes called the anchor pattern, is used when significant skin needs to be removed to reshape the breast. It combines the periareolar circle, the vertical line, and a horizontal line along the crease. The trade off is a longer scar in exchange for the ability to reshape breasts with more advanced sagging or larger volume shifts.
Some patients pair a breast lift with a tummy tuck to consolidate two areas of recovery into one. In the case shown, a T lift was paired with an extended abdominoplasty. Result at 6 months post op.

✨CASE OF THE DAY: Mommy Makeover Edition✨
She’s a mom, she’s already had kids, and now she’s ready to get her pre-baby body back! 💪🏼✨
Her game plan? A mommy makeover with a little more complexity than your typical case.
She had already undergone two previous breast augmentations and felt that her right breast was firmer than the left. She also wanted to downsize her implants while improving the overall shape and support of her breasts.
So, the plan was:
🎀 Downsize her implants
🎀 Add an **internal bra** to help tighten and support the breast pocket and minimize lateral implant displacement
🎀 Tummy tuck
🎀 Liposuction
But once we entered the breast pocket, we found something we weren’t expecting… 👀
Her *old breast implant was ruptured!
We were able to carefully clean out the pocket, remove the ruptured implant, and place fresh new implants. 🙌🏼
And then… take a look at those on-table results!🔥
She is looking sn**ched, sculpted, and amazing, and we cannot wait to see how beautifully everything heals.

An extended abdominoplasty is designed for patients whose loose skin and separated muscles extend beyond the front of the abdomen. 💛
The extended version carries the incision further around the flanks so the contouring reaches the hips and lower back where standard versions cannot. When the anatomy calls for it, adding liposuction to the waist refines the whole midsection at the same time.
In the case shown, an extended abdominoplasty was paired with waist liposuction. Result at 3 months post op, when most of the swelling has resolved.

Not all liposuction has the same goal. 💛
Standard liposuction removes bulk fat to smooth an area. VASER Hi-Def works at a finer level, sculpting the transitions between muscle groups so the natural definition shows through the skin. The technique fits patients who already have some muscle underneath and want the surface to show it.
In the case shown, VASER Hi-Def was performed to sculpt the waistline specifically. Result shown at 3 months post-op, when the swelling has resolved and the final contour is visible.
