Brow Mapping should ALWAYS be done sitting upright. This was a hard lesson learned my first 2 years of doing brows. Fast forward to almost 11 years in the industry, I cringe when I still see some artist still map laying down. The number of times I’ve done this, I’ve learned that gravity takes place when lying down and what may “look” even laying down doesn’t always look even sitting up.

Symmetry + Coverups. The goal is to always make sure all work stays inside the new shape. The only way to bring more symmetry is to go slightly thicker and making minor adjustments to make them appear more symmetrical. These are a perfect example from today’s coverup done on my beautiful neighbor RENEW Skin Artistry

The most important step that I see very many artist not take seriously enough. The shape is EVERYTHING! Down to the last detail and line and it all starts with years of knowledge and the right tools to create it.

🤎Brought in her brows by adding hair strokes in the front and slightly thickened her natural shape for better brow flow with powdered shading the rest of the way. Nano Combo brows. 🫶🏻
