We should change.

When he first came to me, he wasn’t just looking to learn SMP. He had already experienced firsthand what can happen when SMP is done by someone who isn’t properly trained.
His previous work had been botched, and instead of giving him more confidence, it did the opposite. He became even more self-conscious about his scalp and the way it looked.
But what really stood out to me was what he did next.
He started researching.
