Jessica Whitbeck, LMT graduated from Center for Natural Wellness in 2020. Massage has so many benefits for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Pain relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, sports recovery and injury prevention.

Jessica enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills to better help her clients. As a massage therapist she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individuals needs, including: deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation, light stretching and mobilization.

Feeling so grateful to be part of Teacher Appreciation Week at A.W. Becker today 💛
I had the opportunity to provide chair massages to the incredible teachers and staff all day, and it was truly such a rewarding experience. You can feel just how much heart, patience, and dedication goes into what they do every single day.
