Bryan Anastasio bike raffle fraud/scam case

 I got a phone call within two minutes of my post so I had all the answers. Thanks, Chris.

Chris Gibson went behind everyone’s back and pulled his coworkers name that he only known for 3 months. He told everyone he had not sold a ticket since January of 22. The coworker has no idea he won 26000. He (Chris)stated when he gave the cash to the guy that was going through the divorce the 26,000 he said you don’t know me and I don’t know you. Chris told everyone this. (Dan is happily married and is expecting a baby in March ).
He also stated to everyone  ticket sales were 750 tickets sold almost immediately that is $32,000 so there is already a discrepancy of $6000 right there. But that’s a drop in the bucket compared to the 26 that Chris stole from every person that tried to help me out in a desperate moment.

He should rot in hell for him taking advantage of peoples hearts and souls and compassion for other human beings that are injured and in need of help!!!!

 I am waiting for phone calls back from lawyers. I am going to retain a lawyer. He will have to sit in a court room and answer all the questions I have that he would not answer in front of all his friends. So we will see how much of a liar he really is.

Thank you to everyone that tried to help me when I was in need of help. I’m so sorry and embarrassed to have to tell you all this.

For everyone asking what the bike raffle situation is. Long story short.

I asked the person that organized it.
NOT TO DO IT. HE INSISTED AND DID SO WITH HIMSELF and 3 others friends.

I asked him every time I saw him ,what the count was and he never gave me a straight answer . From what I was told was ,between 750 and 1000 tickets have been sold . I saw him frequently

Months past about 9 or 10 months later I started asking him to pull the ticket , knowing I would not benefit and that was 100% ok.

In October i unfortunately had another accident and I insisted he collect the rest of the money and tickets and pull a winner.

So I then find out by a community text with others involved in said raffle and not one had any knowledge he pulled a winner with no witnesses .

Then a week later I was told he supposedly gave a winner 26000 cash to a Dan DeAngelo or something like that and stated to him “I don’t know you and you don’t know me”.

I asked him questions  on the community text when I found out . Because I was getting text messages from numerous people, asking about the raffle and why it was picked and no evidence. The answer I got was tell them to message me. I stated to him I have the same question and never got a answer. I have unfriend him ever since that day.

He now tells everyone. I’m mad because I didn’t win a motorcycle . I didn’t need a benefit for a motorcycle.

I ASKED HIM NOT TO PUT ME IN THIS POSITION BUT HERE I AM!!!

Hindsight is 20/20- yes I had tickets, yes I didn’t insist he remove my name from the group he created, yes I gave him the tickets with the money- again hindsight is 20/20.

He is a liar and a cheat
Now I earned the right to call him a thief and a POS

Welcome everybody this is to show how Chris Gibson  stole $50 from over 750 + people that tried to donate and help me in my time of need. I have $300,000 in hospital bills and he stole the money he raised to help me. I was not going to benefit from this because of ticket sales. I was fine with that.

But I’m not fine with Chris Gibson stealing from everybody that donated.
