Our Detox Clay To-Go was created to make your clay routine easy to take with you—whether you’re headed on vacation, a weekend getaway, or simply have a busy day ahead.

Small, convenient and travel-friendly, it can be used two ways:

✨ Drink it: Add 1 teaspoon to a bottle of water, shake well, and use it to prepare your usual 2 oz daily serving.
✨ Mask it: Mix into a clay mud mask for an easy, on-the-go skincare ritual.

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT DURING COLON HYDROTHERAPY ✨
Never had colon hydrotherapy before? Knowing exactly what to expect can make your first session feel so much more comfortable. 🤍

At Cleansing Concepts, our open-system colon hydrotherapy is private and self-administered.

You’ll get comfortable on the table and gently insert a small tube approximately 1½ inches into the re**um. The tube is smaller than a pencil and stays in place for the entire session—there’s no removing and reinserting it.

At the end of the tube are two small openings where the water gently flows out.

Once you’re comfortably covered, you’ll ring for your colon hydrotherapist. They’ll turn on the water and then give you privacy.

💧 HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our system is gravity-fed, allowing water to gently flow into the colon.

You’ll allow the water in and hold it for as long as comfortably possible—often a minute or two—and then release when your body is ready.

When you release, the water and waste naturally flow out around the tube and into the basin below.
The water continues to gently flow throughout your session, so you simply repeat the fill-and-release process while remaining comfortably on the table.

You can also gently massage your abdomen in circular motions during your session.

⏱️ HOW LONG IS A SESSION?

Your first session is approximately 35 minutes, and future sessions are approximately 40 minutes.

✨ HOW OFTEN DO WE RECOMMEND COLON HYDROTHERAPY?

For someone getting started, we typically recommend a series of:
3 sessions • 1 session per week • for 3 consecutive weeks

After that, we recommend repeating a 3-session series quarterly—about four times per year, or with each change of season.
Your individual needs may vary, so we can help you determine a schedule that works best for you.
