let's talk appointment prep 📋🤎 are you making the following errors prior to coming in for your lash visit?-

+ nothings avoiding caffeine prior to scheduled visit
+ arriving with wet hair OR makeup on
+ not planning ahead for parking to arrive on time
+ not dressing comfortably
+ not asking for amenities (phone chargers, heating pads, blanket)

it is important that you follow all appointment preparation guidelines because i'm sure that you wouldn't appreciate the client whose appointment is before yours to delay the agenda for the day.
