Located in Reno, Essential Beauty is a private skincare studio that focuses on Acne & Age Management.
Fall is my favorite season.
There’s something about this time of year that makes me want to reset and get back to the things that feel good.
For me, that might look like getting a facial, resetting my skincare routine, a massage or an energy healing; getting more involved in my community; or visiting a small business that’s new to me. Anything that helps me breathe a little deeper, relax my shoulders, feel more present and empowered.
It’s also a time to look at who I want to be more of while lovingly releasing old bu****it that's weighing me down.
I think that’s where internal and external beauty meet.
In a world that constantly demands more, I want to remember that I don’t have to be or do more to be enough.
