I am well qualified and trained in Swedish, oriental massage, deep- tissue, sports massage, chair massage, Myofacial Release, trigger point, & Hot Stone massage. My passion is to heal individuals through focusing on natural alternative therapy. Promoting the health and wellness of your pain through soft tissue manipulation of fascia (connective tissue surrounding the muscle). My sessions are different for every individual, will usually last between 30-120 minutes depending on what the client prefers. Massage Therapy can improve the circulatory and lymphatic system in order to improve circulation. Promote relaxation and reduce stress, improve chronic pain, rehabilitate injuries, and relieve disorders like sciatica, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, etc. "Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity" - Hippocrates
