The FDA has officially approved Bemotrizinol (BEMT), making it the first new sunscreen filter approved in the United States in more than 25 years. 🎉☀️
If you’re a K-beauty lover, this ingredient may sound familiar. BEMT has been used for years in European and Asian sunscreens and is widely loved for its excellent protection and elegant feel on the skin.
A few things you should know:
✨ Bemotrizinol provides broad-spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays.
