I provide a heated table,Safe, Professional Massage for the enhancement of health and well being, to health-minded individuals in your home or office.
So here is how it works: You contact me either by calling directly, text or email and I will conduct a short interview by phone. After that we can meet in person in a public place if either party would prefer, or I bring my massage table to your place, get set up, and have you fill out some basic paperwork (for insurance reasons), do a brief intake, I leave the room to wash my hands, you get on th
e table between the sheets I bring, you provide your own small blanket if desired, and the massage begins. A 90 minute massage is 90 minutes of table time, so plan on about 2 hours in a room with very little traffic if possible. All of my massage sessions include 100% SAFE, ETHICAL, PROFESSIONAL DRAPING. NO EXCEPTIONS! You have the option of playing your music if desired. After your massage I go wash again while you get dressed, pay me, and I leave. I recommend a 2 hour massage session after which you just want to ooze off the table and go relax for the rest of your day. By appointment only.
90 minute minimum $120.
30 minute add-ons $20 each. Up to 3 hours per massage. Cash only at this time. Curtis Rensvold L.M.P. Lic.# MA60303920

Did you know that regular monthly massage provides relief to people of all ages and all walks of life from the competitive athlete to the home gardener or the over-stressed business person. Massage therapy addresses a variety of health conditions, the most prevalent being stress-related tension. Massage has proven to be beneficial for the following conditions:
• sleep disorders
• high blood pressure
• diabetes
• depression
• lower/upper back pain
• immunity suppression
• spinal cord injury
• carpal tunnel pain
• cancer-related fatigue
• post-operative care
• neck pain
• constipation
• eating disorders
• smoking cessation
Here's why: Massage offers a drug-free, non-invasive and humanistic approach to well-being based on the body's natural ability to heal itself. Massage therapy provides many benefits, such as:
• Increases circulation, which allows the body to pump more oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs.
• Stimulates the lymph system, the body's natural defense, against toxic invaders. For example, in breast cancer patients, massage has been shown to increase the cells that fight cancer.
• Releases endorphins, the body's natural painkiller. For this reason, massage is incorporated in treatment for chronic illnesses, injury and recovery from surgery to control and relieve pain.
• Improves range of motion and decreases discomfort associated with lower back pain.
• Relaxes and softens injured and overused muscles.
• Reduces muscle spasms and cramping.
• Increases joint flexibility.
• Reduces recovery time for strenuous workouts and eliminates subsequent risk of muscle strain.
• Relieves pain for migraine sufferers and decreases the need for medication.
• Reduces post-operative adhesions and edema, as well as reduces and realigns scar tissue after healing has occurred.
• Contributes to shorter labor, reduces the need for medication and aides in quicker recovery in pregnant women. Source: American Bodywork and Massage Professionals www.abmp.com
