Floating is funny like that…
One minute you’re breathing deeply, repeating affirmations, and visualizing the life you want… ✨
The next minute you’re thinking about your to-do list, work, laundry, or something completely random. 😂
And somehow, that’s part of the beauty of it.
Float therapy creates space for stillness, reflection, meditation, and mental reset — even when your mind wanders. You get to gently come back to yourself, again and again. 🤍
A place to slow down.
A place to release.
A place to realign. 🌊
What usually runs through your mind during a float? 👇
A morning worth slowing down for. 🌞🌿✨
Our Morning Reset brought breathwork, connection, and a little oracle magic with 🌟 Holographic Sound with Jessa Brooke 🌟 — fun and inspiring as always! 💛 We loved pulling cards from her Pleiadian oracle deck and sharing the morning with our community. 🔮
A huge thank-you to Original ChopShop for donating juices for our event! Everyone absolutely loved them. 🥤🧡
We’re grateful for everyone who comes out, supports us, and makes these gatherings so special. Meeting and connecting with you is our favorite part. 🫶
Join us again on October 24 for our community sound bath with Jessa! 🎶✨
