The biggest mistake I made wasn’t my acrylic application…

It was how I allowed people to access my business. 💼

When you’re new, it’s easy to believe you have to say yes to everything:
• Every appointment request
• Every time slot
• Every discount
• Every exception

I understand why we all want clients.

But what I didn’t realize was that every “yes” was teaching people what to expect from my business.

Later, when I wanted better hours, stronger policies, and more structure, it felt like I was trying to rebuild my business while it was already running.

If I could start over, I’d build the foundation first. 🏗️

✔️ Clear business hours.
✔️ Firm policies.
✔️ Pricing that makes sense.
✔️ Expectations that are public and easy to find.

The right clients don’t expect you to have no boundaries—they respect them.

The habits you build in the beginning become the culture of your business later.
