Healthy Honey Simple Syrup Recipe for Your Superbowl Cocktails
Skip the refined sugar this weekend—make your own honey simple syrup to sweeten cocktails with a cleaner, more natural alternative! 🐝💛
Ingredients:
• ½ cup raw honey
• ½ cup filtered water
Instructions:
Combine honey + water in a small saucepan.
Heat gently over medium (no need to boil), stirring until fully combined and smooth.
Cool to room temperature, then pour into a sealed jar.
Store in the fridge and use in your cocktails or mocktails!

This one looks fancy but takes 5 minutes. Perfect for Super Bowl spreads!
✨ You’ll need:
1 can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
½ cup cooked beets (roasted or vacuum-packed)
2 tbsp tahini
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1 lemon
2–3 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Add everything to a food processor. Blend until smooth + creamy.
Adjust salt or lemon to taste.
