September at Studio Verto is packed with chances to learn, move, build strength, and have fun — whether you’re brand new to pole or ready to keep leveling up.

From Intro to Verto + Baseline to Evolve, Elevate, Flow Theory, Freestyle, Conditioning, TwerkOut, Acro/Tumbling, youth classes, and Sunday skill workshops, there’s something on the schedule for just about every goal and every level.

And remember: you do not have to be strong, flexible, coordinated, or “ready” before you start. That’s what class is for.

We talked about heel work in Flow Theory lvl 1 and I loved watching my students explore with the new movements! 💕
