She has naturally light(ish) hair but has been coloring it with a permanent blacks for a while so it’s very much permanently in there! I always start my color corrections with a CPR color pigment remover just to prep the hair for a bleaching session with minimal damage 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Her goal is to end up being a lighter copper but due to her hair history, this was all we could lift out for the first session but still so gorgeous on her 🤩

This is the hard part about being a salon owner - when s**t happens YOU and only YOU are responsible

But not only am I responsible to fix this situation but I am also responsible for the girls who work at my salon. I have to make sure they have a place to work because this is also their livelihood & how they pay bills, support their family and survive

This plumbing situation last a few days and it’s exhausting but I’m happy it’s dealt with now! Thankful for my team’s patience and my friends who have helped me navigate the situation 🤍
