In response to the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires, our club is offering anyone impacted by the fires - first responders and residents:
· Free access to locker rooms, showers, and HydroMassage loungers.
· Space to recharge with electrical outlets and WiFi.
· A place to rest and refuel in a comfortable environment.
No membership is required to take advantage of these services at participating locations (not impacted by the fires) until January 15th.
PLEASE SHARE to help support residents being displaced.

Given the Governor's direction for all California gyms to close in an effort to reduce community spread, effective immediately, we closed Tuesday, November 17 until further notice.
Don’t worry, while we are closed, we’ve got your back! Your membership will be frozen and you will not be charged any fees while the club is closed. Unfortunately due to the timing of the announced closure and our billing cycle we were unable to stop your November dues from processing today. Please know when we reopen, we will provide a credit for closed days you paid for. You'll be the first to know when we are able to reopen and, we look forward to welcoming you back to the club as soon as possible!
In the meantime, we’re always here to support and encourage you in your fitness journey. Let’s keep moving!

Drum roll please…. We are opening Friday, September 25th!! After careful consideration and guidance from local officials that gyms are able to reopen, we're excited to let you know that we’re reopening. As always, the safety of our team and members is our top priority, and we’ve been working hard to get ready to welcome you back and provide you with the clean, sanitary, and judgement free workout experience you love. We can’t wait to see you!
In accordance with local requirements, masks are required for members and guests at all times, and the club has temporary capacity restrictions. Download the free Planet Fitness app in advance so you can have a touchless check-in and answer necessary wellness questions via the app.
As a reminder, your membership was frozen when your club closed in March and you were not charged any fees while the club was closed. We will make an adjustment on your next billing cycle (on or around October 17) upon the club reopening on September 25th for any unused days for which you have previously paid. Normal billing will resume the following month. If your annual fee should have been billed since we closed in March through the date of this email, you will be billed for your annual fee on the 1st of the month after your first billing date.

We’ve missed you! After careful consideration and guidance from local officials that gyms are able to reopen, we're excited to let you know that we’re reopening today, June 15th. As always, the safety of our team and members is our top priority, and we’ve been working hard to get ready to welcome you back and provide you with the clean, sanitary, and judgement free workout experience you love.
If you paid dues in the month of March prior to our closure, please know that those March dues will be credited toward your first monthly bill once open. Your billing will resume on or around the 17th of the month and may be prorated based on your clubs open date. If your Annual Fee was scheduled during the time of our temporary closure, this will be billed on the 1st of the month following your first monthly draft. Moving forward, your Annual Fee will revert back to its original date. If you have questions about your specific billing cadence, please reach out to your Club.
