✅ Lead, coach, and develop a team of stylists.
✅ Help hire, train, and retain team members
✅ Oversee daily salon operations
✅ Promote Sharkey's to new customers and potential team members
✅ Maintain a professional appearance
✅ Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
✅ Create a fun, positive, and welcoming environment for every guest
✅ Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere.
✅ Comfortably work with kids.
QUALIFICATIONS:
✂️ Active Cosmetology License (Required)
🗣 Excellent communication skills
