Meet Sadie!! ✨💅

You may recognize her from her days at the Gallery front desk—but now she’s officially one of our talented nail techs! Sadie stepped away from Gallery for a little while to grow her skills and experience, and we are SO happy to have her back. She has brought all of that knowledge back with her.

Sadie is kind, compassionate, and always brings a fun, welcoming energy to the salon. She’s also what we like to call an open book—so ask her anything! 😉

Sadie loves anything outdoors! Hiking, fishing, going to the beach, paddleboarding—you name it, she’s probably into it.

Sadie’s specialty is definitely maximalist nail art. Why choose one design when you can have ALL the designs?!

Want every nail to have a completely different look? Have a super-specific inspiration photo? Want to capture a certain vibe but aren’t quite sure how to describe it? Sadie can make it happen. She loves creating intricate, creative sets and can replicate inspiration while adding her own artistic touch.

She especially loves creating Aprés Gel Extensions, but she’s also proficient in Structure Gel Manicures.

Quick story time:

One year ago today, we started cleaning the basement at 1 Public Market. We found a TON of goodies. Our favorite though, hands down, is this large photograph.

We named the person in it, Maria, but we have no idea who she is?

Do you know her? We would LOVE to know her story. Was she a weekly vendor at Rochester Public Market ?

What year was this? We're guessing late 80's early 90's.

Meet Halley!

Halley is one of our incredibly talented nail artists and the leader of our nail department here at Gallery Salon. She’s been part of our team for over 10 years, and we honestly can’t imagine Gallery without her.

She has a way of making everyone around her smile. Sitting in Halley’s chair is more than just a nail appointment—it’s an experience. She’ll take great care of you, make you laugh, and leave you feeling like you’ve just caught up with an old friend.

A few fun facts about Halley:

Her dog is, in fact, the cutest dog on the planet. (Don’t believe us? Just ask her!)
She has a few crow boyfriends who absolutely adore her.
When asked what hobbies she’s into, her response is: “What hobby am I not into? That’s the real question.”

Halley’s personal motto?

While she’s skilled in every type of nail service, her true passion is nail art.

Meet Shelbie!

Shelbie joined the Gallery Salon team after making the move from Arizona, and we’re so glad she did! She brings incredible energy, kindness, and creativity to the salon. The moment we saw her tattoo that reads, “Is it kind?”, we knew she’d fit right in with our team and values.

As a true Virgo, Shelbie is an exceptional communicator, and it shows in every appointment. One of the things clients compliment most is how well she listens. She takes the time to understand your goals, answer your questions, and create a plan that leaves you feeling confident and looking your best.

She loves playing Magic: The Gathering and painting.
If she could have anyone in her chair (besides Emma Stone), she’d choose Jennifer Lawrence.
A question she’d love for you to ask her? “Do you want to go out for lunch?”
