We love a peaceful sauna in nature, but we also want sauna to feel FUN, and social, and our launch party at DeWolf Brewing Company was exactly what we imagined when we started the Sauna Social concept.
DeWolf feels like it was made for the sauna. The black, wood-toned space. The sauna. The fire. The beer and cider. The perfectly located bathrooms just inside the door. The QR code ordering delivered straight to the sauna. The fact that there’s already a natural rhythm of people coming together.
And then there’s the fact that one of DeWolf’s owners, Mari, grew up in Estonia, where sauna isn’t just a wellness trend, but part of everyday life. So bringing our wood-fired sauna to DeWolf feels pretty full circle.
Our first Sauna Social there was everything we hoped it would be.
People climbed into the sauna with strangers and ended up talking about life on upper and lower benches. They wore whatever the hell they felt comfortable in. They laughed through the bucket shower. They cooled off, grabbed a handcrafted brew or cider, and gathered around the fire.
And the feedback we kept hearing? This is exactly the kind of social atmosphere I’ve been looking for.
That’s the whole idea behind Sauna Social.

Our first Trail Run + Sauna was sweaty, upbeat, social, and full of the kind of post-run hanging around we’re here for.
Run the Crescent Trail.
Heat up in the wood-fired sauna.
Cool off.
Grab some tea.
Rest.
Have some snacks.
Hang around the fire.
Rinse off.
Meet some people.
Have a mini facial with SPF and be on your way.

If you’ve been waiting from the sidelines, this one’s for you!

Run the trails. Sweat. Cool off. Stay awhile.
We’re back at Holmes Hollow with Mindful Warrior Training for another Trail Run + Sauna, and we’re adding a few things this time.
• Marked 5k trail run through the woods + meadow
• Wood fired sauna
• Cold rinse + outdoor recovery
• Bonfire with fire-brewed tea
• Complimentary mini facials in the tent by Roxi Burrell
• Time to hang, connect, and enjoy being outside
Last time, we loved the energy runners brought to the sauna—upbeat, social, playful, and ready to hang after putting in the miles. This one is shaping up to be even more of a whole morning.
You don’t have to be a hardcore runner. Come walk, hike, sauna, recover, or just enjoy the bonfire and good company.

Sunday Reset, anyone?
Join us at Frequency WellSpace for Pay What You Can Yoga with Christie Torres, followed by an outdoor wood-fired sauna session with Stick and Stone Wellness.
We’ll have:
• Pay What You Can Yoga
• Outdoor wood-fired sauna
• Cold rinse + fresh air

• Time to slow down + connect
Come as you are, all are welcome!
Yoga and sauna are both pay what you can - come for one, stay for both, and contribute what feels accessible to you.

Some days just feel like they were made for the sauna.
We spent a few beautiful hours lakeside with Vocal Honey™ sweating, swimming, laughing, connecting, and settling into our bodies.
There was fire-brewed tea. Sunshine. Rain. Cold water. Long conversations. Big laughs. And plenty of time in the sauna.
A reminder that when we make space to slow down and be together, something shifts.
Grateful to have been a part of this one (even if we were inches from driving the sauna off a retaining wall to try to get it right next to the lake only to be stopped by a low hanging tree branch 😂)
Next time we’re bringing shears. 🙃

ROUND 2!
After an awesome first Sauna Social at Central Rock Gym last month, we’re back this Wednesday for their monthly Boulders and Brews.
Come climb, then sweat it out in the wood-fired sauna, cool off in the cold plunge, rinse off, grab a drink, and hang for a while. Climbers and non-climbers are welcome.
