Your skin barrier is basically your skin’s security system .. and when it’s compromised, it doesn’t always look like “damage.” Sometimes it just looks like sensitivity that came out of nowhere
Watch for redness that won’t calm down, tightness even after moisturizing, stinging from products you used to tolerate fine, random breakouts, or texture that feels rough no matter what you put on it
