Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests 24 hours notice when canceling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which participants are a "No-Show" for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
