Circle W Esthetics is moving!

This is such a hard thing for me to post, but the time has come and I am ready to take Circle W Esthetics back to my home in Salem, MO. I want to say first that I owe so much gratitude to Kaley, Owner of ENVE Med Spa. She took such a chance on a freshly licensed, 19 year old Olivia who had 3 clients, my mom, nana, and meme. She has helped me grow my business so much, and I will be forever thankful of her.

My decision to move back to Salem has been a long time coming, and it’s finally being set in motion. The new location is located directly beside my home. It is currently going through an entire demo and rebuild. New services, new space, new beginnings!

I want to thank everyone who has ever supported me! Whether that be liking and sharing my posts, or my girls that come in every month with a standing appointment time. Every one of you have gotten me to this position now.

As of right now, my first day in the new space will be Monday, January 4th! My books will be shut down after December for right now, they will most likely reopen in December to book for times in the new space. My books will also be shut down the week of December 28th-January 1st to give me time to move things into the new space! I will keep all of you updated on the build, decor, and possibly new products coming to retail in the future! Again, thank you all for your ongoing support. You made my dreams come true!

So… I’ve stopped doing lash lifts and tints due to product going bad because I didn’t have a lot of clientele for that specific service!

Recently i’ve been getting lots of verbal inquiries about them again! I want to do a poll to see who would CONSISTENTLY want lash lifts and tints. I say consistently because if a handful of people do it and don’t come back for maintenance regularly, that product will no longer be suitable to work with.

Just a reminder about my cancellation and no show policies as we enter a very busy time of year!

Cancellations 24 hours or less before your scheduled appointment time results in a 50% fee of your scheduled amount. This is due to the fact that I will be losing that time and amount and I 99% will not be able to fill a gap on such short notice.

No show fee is the exact same, a 50% fee of your scheduled amount. 15 minutes past your time of appointment is when the no show fee will be taken.

Please remember that this is my full time job! This is not just a hobby for most of us in this industry, and our time is our money.

If you have to reschedule, cancel, whatever it may be, please message me as soon as you can so we can get it taken care of. I also ask that when you book an appointment that you please fill out all paperwork that is sent to you in a link in your booking text.
