This year’s 5th Eastside Community Health & Resources Fair is hosted by St. Paul Family Medical Center, Brightly Pharmacy,
Capital Family Eye Clinic, and Holy Passion Fire Church - as part of our efforts to increase community awareness about the
importance of maintaining healthy, happy, and active lifestyles!

This event brings together many organizations that serve the same community and share a common vision to improve the health and well-being of our community by sharing resources and services across medical, mental, spiritual, social, educational, and economic sectors.

There will be live music and performances from local artists and dance groups!

The event will also have:

*Free vegetable booth courtesy of Nyob Zoo Hmong Women’s Farmer’s
*Raffle Tickets for prizes and event tickets donated by local business including the MN Twins and UMN Gophers
* Pho fundraiser
