Hi, I’m Chelsea — the founder of Musette.

Truthfully?
I didn’t become a hairstylist because it was some lifelong dream.

I became a hairstylist out of necessity.

I had a baby very young, and I knew I needed a future that gave me time, flexibility, and stability. I needed something I could complete in 12–18 months without drowning in debt. I had the gift of gab and a creative streak… so I chose hair.

What I didn’t know?
I would absolutely fall in love with this industry.

It’s a grind. It’s a hustle. And I love every bit of it.

I love creating —
Creating relationships that go way deeper than the salon chair.
Creating beautiful hair that brings my clients’ dreams to life.

And nothing makes me happier than hearing,
“I trust you. Do whatever you want.”
That is my favorite thing in the world.

At Musette, my goal isn’t just to transform your image for the day.
It’s to educate you — so you can continue looking your best long after you leave my chair.

Because when you look your best,
you feel your best.

And when you feel your best,
you move differently. You show up differently. You do your best.

And we all know —
you can’t keep a bad bitch down.

As a woman and a mother, I feel incredibly blessed to impact other women in such a meaningful way.

This industry chose me out of necessity.
But loving it? That was the gift.
