I feel like I could communicate with Brianna and she really heard me. She went dark on the color like I wanted and did such a good job teaching me how to vintage style my hair. She suggested a different hair treatment and I deferred to her expertise and it came out really healthy and shiny. She also gave me some great hair care tips as I brought up noticing my texture and hydration being really different since I have been swimming more and managing hypothyroidism. Overall, it was a great experience and I like Brianna as a person too, and I'll definitely be a returning customer.
