I offer private practice sessions both virtually and in-person that are tailored to the individual's needs and goals.

In one case, for example, I'm working with someone who has been managing MS for years. A few months ago we started weekly sessions that are half chair yoga, half sound bath. The client's family, friends, doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, all noticed a remarkable difference and a strong and steady improvement.

The client credits the improvement to the weekly sessions, which are now both virtual and in-person. Digestion issues resolved, anxiety levels majorly reduced, and a newly discovered sensitivity to the flow of energy was experienced early on. We are now practicing on the floor instead of the chair and have begun slowly incorporating standing postures.

The festivities around the 4th can be pretty overstimulating. So I decided, since I'm free this Saturday morning, to offer a sound bath and make peaceful sounds instead of explosive ones. 🥰 Would love for you to join me.
